Conditions of Service
We require a minimum of one week's notice for customers' orders, which will be dispatched from our premises between 4.00pm - 6.00pm for delivery the following day.
We will inform you of the date and day upon which you can expect delivery.
The package will be delivered in 90% of cases before 1.00pm (If not, up to 6.00pm)
Please inform us as soon as possible regarding non-delivery. Please email customercare@limetreepantry.com or damien@limetreepantry.com
Our delivery days are Tuesday to Friday
For all orders under £25 a minimum order fee will be applied.
All orders over £75 will receive free delivery.
Lime Tree Pantry Ltd will either refund the customer the full product price or provide replacement goods if the customer is not satisfied with the product, providing Lime Tree Pantry Ltd is notified of the problem within 48 hours of receipt.
