Locally Farmed beef reared on the banks of the river Trent, we use chuck steak and forequarter cuts of beef in this the most popular of our savoury pies. We slow cook the meat overnight in order to make the meat tender. We then add a rich Guinness gravy. All encased in our melt in the mouth shortcrust pastry.
